fixin for Android is live on Google Play. The signed APK is still published on our releases page if you'd rather install it directly, but Play is now the easiest way to get it and keeps you updated automatically.
This is the same app, not a cut-down port. The Ruby 3.9 engine runs on your device, photos are diagnosed locally, and a repair works with no connection at all. Version 1.4.0 brought Android level with the iOS feature set — named engines, cloud restore, two-factor sign-in, the monthly allowance, and the full 2,262-guide repair library. Android runs one version ahead of iOS: 1.4.3 carries fixes that iOS didn't need.
Android blocks installs from outside the Play Store by default. When you open the downloaded file your phone will ask whether to allow installs from your browser — that prompt is expected. The build is signed by AM Solutions, and you can verify the release on our public GitHub releases page.
Running into something broken? A bug report from an Android device is genuinely more useful to us right now than one from iOS — there are far fewer of them and the hardware varies far more.
