Acceptable Use
Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Services, as defined in our Terms of Service, including the fixin apps, fixin Web, our websites, and the fixin Community. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy. Posting in the fixin Community is also governed by our Community Code of Conduct. Capitalized terms such as "App" and "Services" have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes — specifically for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles, marine vessels, and home systems, and discussing them in the fixin Community.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems connected to the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, query, or interact with the Services, except standard search-engine indexing of our public websites.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data contained therein.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Services without authorization.

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit through the App (including photos and descriptions) must be accurate, relevant to the repair task at hand, and must not violate any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your submitted content; the license you grant us is described in Section 2 of our Terms of Service.

4. Enforcement

AM Solutions reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. This may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
